I stayed for 7 nights and it was wonderful!

My recent stay at Courtbrook Farm was a delightful escape to the countryside. The apartment was well-finished and exceptionally clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, tucked away off the main road, offered a peaceful and tranquil setting. We also enjoyed the lovely little outdoor area to relax in. Plus, the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing great directions and a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing getaway.

Despite being located on an active farm, Courtbrook Farm Apartments provided a quiet and peaceful stay. The property was well-finished and exceptionally clean, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the lovely outside area. The location was also great, tucked away off the main road but still easily accessible from the M5. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend it.

The living area was quite small, with limited seating options, which made it difficult to relax and unwind comfortably. the automatic light in the hallway on a timer was a bit inconvenient.

The only minor drawbacks were that the property got quite warm, but that was probably just due to the lovely weather. Additionally, I would have preferred a more comfortable sofa to relax on in the living area.

Very modern, clean, and recently refurbished property. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities. Lovely little outside area. Convenient location near the M5 and charming pubs and cafes in Topsham. Clear and perfect swimming water at Branscomb beach. Friendly and helpful host.

We loved our stay at Courtbrook Farm Apartments! The 1-bed apartment was spacious and clean, with all the modern conveniences we needed, like a dishwasher and washing machine. The hosts had thought of everything, providing washing tablets, kitchen essentials, and even toiletries. The location was great, only a short drive to the beach and close to pubs and supermarkets. Jenny, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We felt most welcome, with no complaints whatsoever.
